The BASA Digital platform offers accredited Credit Agents at Banco da Amazônia an integrated business interface designed to streamline the credit process. It facilitates customer registration, proposal submission, and tracking of progress through to the issuance of credit certificates, effectively reducing transaction times and ensuring timely release of financed amounts to clients.

Initially, access to the platform will be limited to rural credit agents involved in projects aligned with PRONAF B.

4. Elimination of spreadsheets for proposal formulation;
5. Removal of the need for technical assistance to visit agencies;

8. Scheduling for signing credit certificates and releasing financed amounts;
9. SMS notifications for technicians and clients regarding process status;
10. Productivity management for technical assistance teams.

This platform will be available exclusively for ANDROID devices.
